These free WordPress themes are available to anyone for use. Download the zip file to your desktop, uncompress it, and upload the theme name folder into your hosting account WordPress wp-content/themes/ folder via FTP or a file manager. Once uploaded, you will find the theme listed in the design area of your WP admin. Select the new theme and it will be installed!
